Quincy’s was inspired by a group of friends reminiscing about their favorite family Jersey Shore vacations — sun, sand, and carefree days. They also loved the charm and laid-back pace of New England getaways, especially the lobster rolls... they loved the lobster rolls.

They set out to recreate that easygoing summer tradition and share it with others. Today, Quincy’s has grown to nine locations, including two in Cape May — along with spots in Wildwood, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Sea Isle City, Ocean City, Paoli, PA, and Sarasota, FL — giving visitors and locals alike a place to enjoy great lobster rolls and a taste of vacation.
